May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within three (3) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair .

You must contact us first before refunding your package at 407-601-2641.During Business Hours within the seven (3) day return period. All Bisou Hair Extensions  must be shipped back unopened in it’s original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Bisou Hair Extensions seal on the bundle has been broken!


After order is placed please allow 1-2 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 3-5 days business days in USA. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to the address provided via Paypal. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
